However, please be aware that we can only update your delivery address for orders that have not been dispatched. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, then unfortunately it is out of our hands and it will be delivered to the address stated on the order during the checkout process.

Breast milk storage bags are single use only .
It is strongly recommended that all soft plastic milk bags are not to be reused, once it is used it is to be disposed of. Our milk bags come pre-sterilised to ensure maximum safety.
Once breast milk has been stored in a bag, it is extremely difficult to clean to achieve the full sterilisation result.
Washing a milk bag like other containers is unsafe for the baby. For example – Reusing zip lock bags that you stored raw meat in and then washing it to reuse to store more meat. It’s not recommended and can make you very ill.
If you would like to reuse your milk storage, we strongly recommend using storage bottles or baby bottles instead as bottles contain hard surface, it is designed to be reused.
Yes, they can be recycled when placed in the soft plastic recycling bins provided at major supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths.

Suction intensity is determined by how hard you squeeze the pump during placement. If the suction is too soft or too strong, please remove the pump and begin the placement process again until you find a comfortable intensity for your body.
