International orders are sent via Australia Post “Registered Parcel or Track and Trace ” service, this service typically ranges between 3-15 business days.

International Taxes and Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. We are not responsible for another country’s taxes or duties which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
The above timeframes are NOT guaranteed and delays may occur. Milk Baby is not responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel.

Dispatch
We strive to dispatch same-day all orders received by 12 midday (QLD time) on a business day. We will email a tracking number for your parcel once it has been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier – we will do our best to trace your parcel on your behalf and lodge an investigation if required.
Orders are dispatched between Monday – Friday only (no weekend dispatch or delivery)

RETURNS
All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide you with an online credit note that you can use to purchase an alternative size or product.

Personal care items including breast pumps and bottles are not refundable if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. We cannot exchange any breastfeeding items. We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.

Strictly no returns on items purchased on Sale or with a Promotion Code – these are Final Sale items only.
Please note that while every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our products, as computer monitors and device screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Returns using Afterpay
Returns remain subject to Milk Baby returns policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When Milk Baby receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a credit note as per our normal returns policy – you’ll be emailed a code to use (in the form of an e-gift card), which is valid for 6 months. If your item/s are faulty (and any such fault has been approved by Milk Baby as a genuine manufacturing fault), you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we will then cancel the payment plan.

How to return
To be eligible for a return, your return item must meet the following conditions:

  • be received within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for overseas parcels)
  • It must also be in the original packaging
  • must be a full-priced item
  • must include original invoice

We will inspect all return items upon receipt – any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense – we will not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage. We will not process returns until your item is received by us.

Items which cannot be returned

  • All sale items
  • All items purchased with a Promotion Code or during a Flash Sale
  • All items which fail to comply with any of our conditions above (How to return)
  • Personal care items
  • Breastfeeding items including breast pumps and bottles

Processing returns
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number).
We will process your Online Credit Note within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. An email will be sent to you with your online credit code/e-gift card to use. We do not provide exchanges – we recommend using your online credit to purchase a new size or product.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. It is at the wholesaler’s discretion if an item is deemed faulty which Milk Baby will first need to check before agreeing to a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, this is at your sole discretion, and Milk Baby makes no representations or warranties in relation to the security of returned item/s.
